As we continue to grow and expand our role across the building components industry, we’re making a leadership transition that reflects where we’re headed and how we plan to get there.
Dr. Zach Hubbs has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer, and our founder, John Holland, is transitioning to Chief Technology Officer and President, where he’ll focus more directly on product development, software engineering, and the long-term technical direction of the platform. Zach will lead business development, partnerships, and growth, while John continues pushing the technical boundaries of what Paragon can offer.
Paragon was founded with a clear goal: to bring greater openness, flexibility, and capability to the design and manufacturing of structural building components. The industry is moving toward better tools, more connected workflows, and more intelligent features, with rising expectations around speed, collaboration, and transparency. We’re building to meet that.
Paragon is expanding what’s possible for the building components industry through modern, connected technology. That includes transparent calculations, flexible workflows, and integrations that connect systems across the process. It also means applying intelligence in ways that help teams move faster and stay aligned from design through manufacturing.
This leadership structure allows us to stay focused on both sides of what matters most. Continued investment in the product and the technical challenges ahead, alongside expanding our reach through stronger partnerships and deeper relationships across the industry. We see those as connected, not separate.
There’s a lot ahead. We’re excited about what’s ahead, and in many ways, we’re just getting started.
If you’ve been following along, working with us, or exploring what Paragon can do, we’re grateful, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build this alongside you.
